1980 : Established with Capital NT$ 1,000,000 located in Taichung
1984 : Introduced Itlay made oil abrasive Hair Line Finish Stainless Steel.
1993 : Introduced the mass production for Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Sheet.
1995 : Introduced CIS Company Identify System.
1996 : Capital increased to NT$ 80,000,000
1997 : Acquired Assessment Certificate of TUV ISO 9002.
1999 : Capital increased to NT$ 100,000,000. Introduced PVD titanium coated stainless steel sheet.
2001 : Acquired The Rising Star Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C.
2003 : New Japan Made leveling and fly shearing machine Installed.
2005 : Factory Moved to Taichung ChungKung Export Processing Zone.
2005 : New 1600mm Slitting Machines, welding pipe Machine Installed. Monthly capacity 3500MT.
2007 : TPM & TQM system introduced. Monthly production capacity 4000MT/Month
2008 : New imported grinding machine installed；Monthly production capacity 6000MT/Month
2009 : TPM system successfully maximize the production capacity to 7500MT
2010 : New slitting and fly shearing machine installed. Monthly capacity 9000MT.
