Domestic Wastewater Treatment
We achieve 100% treatment of all domestic wastewater generated within the facility. The process integrates an Advanced MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) biological system to efficiently decompose organic matter (BOD/COD) and ammonia nitrogen, ensuring that no raw wastewater is discharged.

Reclaimed Water Recycling
Powered on-site green electricity, a combined UF/RO/Evaporation crystallization system successfully reclaims 70% to 100% of treated wastewater for our operations. This advanced evaporation technology significantly reduces chemical consumption in wastewater processing, while a final UV-ozone disinfection system ensures all water strictly meets governmental discharge and reuse standards.

Dust Control Efficiency
We deploy advanced particulate dust collection equipment to ensure cleaner air emissions. By implementing highly efficient filtration technology, the system achieves a 99% dust control and prevention efficiency, minimizing airborne particulates and maintaining strict environmental compliance within the facility.

Metric Tons of CO2 Reduction
Powered by our renewable energy initiatives, the facility offsets 3,100 kg of CO2 every day. Through continuous green operations, we have successfully mitigated a total of 411 metric tons of carbon emissions as of today, actively driving us closer to net-zero goals.

Trees Saved By Stanch
Our sustainable practices deliver an environmental benefit equivalent to saving 300 trees daily. This ongoing ecological contribution has accumulated to an impact equivalent to preserving 41,100 trees as of today, fostering local biodiversity.
